It’s the highest (elevation) house in that development, which also makes it the youngest since the builder started construction at the bottom of the hill. It’s also the largest model and probably with the most privacy. The backyard opens up to views of the Clayton hills and a secluded oak tree grove. Normally I would predict this house to be on the market no more than 3 days, but changing conditions prevents me from making such a prediction.
